Movie Director: Craig Brewer

Movie ScreenWriter: Dean Pitchford, Craig Brewer

Movie Starring: Kenny Wormald, Julianne Hough, Andie MacDowell, Dennis Quaid, Miles Teller

Movie Story: The small town in southern Bomont has been shaken by the tragic death of five teenagers in the community, forcing the city council led by the Rev. Shaw Moore (Dennis Quaid) to abolish all public dances the city and set a curfew for children. Years later, Ren McCormack (Kenny Wormald), a troubled young man from Boston, comes to town ready to fight against the rules of procedure, when it starts to hang with the pastor’s daughter Ariel (Julianne Hough), which was entering its own problems with a local race car driver (John Patrick Flueger).

Movie Review: One of the reasons for the “Footloose” quickly grows on you its path because of their original songs to keep it is based, and have a fantastic dance sequences choreographed musicals as strong as the other recent film. Like the soundtrack, it blends with the original film update family movements of the earth, and the choreography, hip-hop.

When you realize how many players outside of Bacon made their debut in the original film – the role of Ariel friend Rusty was originally played by Sarah Jessica Parker -! It’s pretty obvious how difficult it must have been for Brewer to throw it. Fortunately, this is another area where the new “Footloose” really delivers. Kenny Wormald is Ren’s hair looks absolutely right landscaped and desire that makes him the perfect man leader, but Julianna Hough is even more surprising as Ariel, sexy and sparkling and adorable, but it can also handle heavy dramatic scenes, and she tackles an incredibly effective way to get it out of the feeling of being an MTV show, which is the case during the first 45 minutes.

Thousands ATM provides the comic relief and perfect in the film is fantastic, especially on a show in which Willard Ren tries to teach dance, which is the turning point for the film to seduce you. Dennis Quaid is a little stiff at first – to fill the big shoes of John Lithgow, who was so great in the original – but the last act, we have some of the strongest dramatic acting Quaid.

If you have never seen the original film, you probably will not understand how times are taken directly from him, but he can still be something obvious, things are going.

The weakest part of the film is a contradiction boyfriend Ren and Ariel runner in the race with the top of the tricked-out bus that seems forced and shoe horns in history, as if dance is not enough activity. The second and third will play much better than the set-up, that even a small stumble, when you return to take revenge on Chuck Ren, is rapidly recovering and the impressive final dance sequence. What it is is that every decision taken at an early stage, eventually want to create a satisfying experience.

Movie ScreenWriter: Tom Six

Movie Starring: Laurence R. Harvey, Ashlynn Yenni

Movie Story: A security guard named Martin (R. Laurence Harvey) is so obsessed with Tom Six of the movie “The Human Centipede”, he was inspired to create his own human centipede, get enough people to get all 12 character sequences.

The human centipede 2 (complete sequence) “is not the kind of sequel that necessarily have to do much bigger than its predecessor rather than any real overview -. If you need to know much more than the premise – informs us repeat screenings Martin in the film, but also keeps a scrapbook of images from the film and the newspaper of the merger and detailed drawings Dr. Heiter operations as explained in the first film.

Martin Short and round, constantly wheezing and sweaty ogre is a man who is very disturbed. He never speaks, not once, but to make a strange noise squeak, and when we follow him home, we learn, is still living in his elderly mother who hates her life, and that he had molested a child, his father (now prison). He appeals to a psychiatrist to try to get through his son, and his obsession with millipedes, although it is one as a pet.

Movie Review: Martin Short and round, constantly wheezing and sweaty ogre is a man who is very disturbed.

This is one of those scenes that are funny and perverse as Alex DeLarge home life, Kubrick classic “A Clockwork Orange”, and as with the controversial film, you’re never sure if the six I would like you to be finally able to enter empathy, or even as Martin. One can appreciate the ability to completely describe the Laurence Harvey character foul with so much zeal, but he never quite as fun as the film Dr. Heiter first, instead of the more curious. Why are there so few main characters out of the home life of Martin – we never learn much about sacrifice – has full confidence that you can spend the whole movie to see this man Slug realize the dream of being bored.

So wish to six credit for his ability to convince actors eleven more than crawl on the floor naked, with his face pressed in the ass of another person, any statement that he was trying to make is how Obsessions can take down an ugly way (note “Twihards”) is lost in the graphic violence that goes too far. The point where it becomes totally unforgivable is when a stun Martin strips naked pregnant woman and everything that happens to your character after this, making it impossible to see any attempt at character development made earlier in the film.

For some reason, six felt the need to respect the most undesirable of the premise, perhaps to those who were disappointed by the way it was domesticated in the first film, but among the real “operation” – Martin is not a surgeon so only use tools that can be found around his apartment, not including anesthesia – the last half hour is unbearable macabre. The endless obsession with Martin to get his 12 to deliver a centipede grows tired.

Needless to say, if they were not even remotely dislike the concept of the original film, or shake the limb-breaking height of Danny Boyle’s “127 hours”, you probably want to avoid this movie. The decision for his six and a plot described as black and white to save the viewer may have been even more upset with the amount of blood, gore and sh * t, that the splash screen, but also very cleverly refers to early films of David Lynch, especially in “Eraserhead.” Like his previous film, Six show of being a director expert, but as much as you want even more than he had used his storytelling skills for good and not only disgust and controversial.

Movie Director: Lasse Halström

Movie ScreenWriter: Simon Beaufoy

Movie Starring: Ewan McGregor, Emily Blunt, Kristin Scott Thomas

Movie Story: The very title of the film adaptation Lasse Halstrom’s best-selling novel by Paul Torday is descriptive enough to give you an idea of what the British comedy is about, even if an attempt to put a novel in this world creates a hodge- mash, more like a movie n ‘t necessarily as a whole.

Idealistic Sheikh, Yemen has taken fishing as a hobby and wants to bring the sport he loves so much when you visit a castle in Scotland, his homeland.

Prime Minister Press Secretary (Kristin Scott Thomas), sees this as a way to improve the public perception of British reports / Arabic taking their minds off the war, as Dr. Albert Jones (Ewan McGregor), a researcher in England Department Fisheries, it is your responsibility to Sheik dream to happen, if he wants to keep the job that works representative Sheikh, clunkily-named character, Harriet Chetwode-Talbot (Emily Blunt), to make this happen.

Considering that Yemen is a country made up most of the desert, Jones is skeptical, but agrees to assume the task with a number of provisions that seemed impossible, all of whom are respected. Even read the book, you will have to screenwriter Simon Beaufoy (“Slumdog Millionaire”), the honor of being able to take a very difficult subject and make it even remotely funny, but it is a risky business, as a result of the film does not feel that a Fishing fanatics are flocking to see the film in theaters.

It is essentially a film that begins as a cheeky British comedy ala last year’s “Made in Dagenham,” then turned into something a little strange in the style of “Men Who Stare at Goats.” Much of the first half of the film deals with Jones for more skepticism about the project and not trying to get through a series of obstacles to the sheikh dream a reality.

While working in close collaboration with Sheikh idealists (Amr Waked) and Harriet, which begins to be more optimistic in the dream. Again, once the story leaves the UK for the Middle East, the film falls just off the shore, as it loses the political jokes in favor of something more serious that show how the sheik faces resistance to his ideas premises do not like Western ideals. The two lead roles in this story is not too far from what we see McGregor and Blunt did before, and there is very little heavy lifting is. On the other hand, Kristen Scott Thomas, “spirit snarky offers some of the biggest laughs in the film, which then loses a good part of the film when it is on the screen.

The humor generally works better than the drama, but the few times he goes for laughs easily with physical humor that McGregor walk into a glass wall. Just to give you an idea of how the film is ridiculous, there is a scene where McGregor stops an assassination attempt with his fishing pole, and yes, it really is so ridiculously stupid as it sounds.

Lasse Halstrom is certainly a competent director, and find a way to make some of the more mundane aspects of the film visually interesting. Usually, these CG salmon or something, but gives the film the production values better than the budget assumed. The film would make use of a plate, because there are too many scenes of dialogue between the two tracks and sometimes the sheikh, who really bog the film down.

Otherwise, the movie is pretty predictable, where things are moving as soon as you realize that both your son are in place to meet. When Albert started having marital problems and Harriet soldier boyfriend Robert (Tom Mison) missing in action, is no sort of revelation.

“The salmon fishing in Yemen” reading may have been a wreck, but trying to reach the public as a result of the fish to swim against the current is often easier than getting that care about whether child to connect the two.

Movie Director: Oren Moverman

Movie ScreenWriter: James Ellroy and Oren Moverman

Movie Starring: Woody Harrelson, Ben Foster, Ice Cube, Steve Buscemi, Anne Heche, Cynthia Nixon, Sigourney Weaver, Robin Wright, Brie Larson, Ned Beatty

Movie Story: For his follow up “The Messenger”, a candidate surprise Oscar for screenplay, director Oren Moverman meets Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster to create another amazing character study, this time a corrupt cop in Los Angeles 1999

There are few writers who know the scene of the crime better than Los Angeles, James Ellroy, and then, “Rampart” is much more to offer than a lot of other games that looked bad cops, if we’re talking about a “Bad Lieutenant” film, Denzel Washington’s “Training Day” or Joe Carnahan of “Narc.”

It is unclear why men want to join the police decide to start breaking the law is an interesting topic, but the “Bastion” is less than the running narrative, some of them to take more fly-on-the-wall approach to the material , and a shooting style that is likely to be seen as cineplexes arthouses.

Regardless of its potential audience, Moverman has created another great tool for Woody Harrelson, to investigate, and he is very funny as a police officer outrageously racist and sexist, Dave Brown, who was accused of killing his colleague, even if the criminal is never pinned him.

Dave lives at home, he must live with a woman (Anne Heche) and her sister (Cynthia Nixon) and her two daughters, but he also regularly picks up women in bars for one night, because on top of everything else, Dave has a sexual addiction.

When Dave was captured on video beating a suspect senseless, it is suspended from the force left pondering his decisions in life, but an opportunity presents itself when one of the women he picks up on the bar is a local lawyer Defense played by Robin Wright, who knows nothing about his case.

What is surprising “Defensive Shield” – the name of the neighborhood where Brown works – is that the police dramas tend to be very macho business, but with the amount of women around Dave, the film uses a lot of time exploring her by Compared with women, whether sexiest scenes with Wright or powerful dramatic moments with his rebellious eldest daughter, played by Brie Larson, or deal with Sigourney Weaver as a woman to investigate her case.

In fact, the “Bastion” is largely made up of scenes Harrelson character interacts with those around him. Ben Foster starred in the previous Moverman, “Messenger”, it is difficult to recognize for the first time we see homeless people known as the “General” Dave suspects who may have seen the crime. Dave meets regularly with his friend and teacher, played by Ned Beatty, who is still in the form of a fine actress.

As bright as the script and performance are Moverman makes a lot of odd choices of shots, close-ups sometimes goes, sometimes shoot from a distance, in order to film a very special. There is also a striking scene of an underground sex club shakes very slowly.

In the third act, nothing will happen with Dave as a plan to rob high-stakes card game and damage begins with the Administration of the Interior after detectives called Ice Cube. This creates a final little ambiguous, it is very likely that divides the audience, because there is no definitive solution, and will leave no doubt Dave could really repented or if you just keep doing what he does, until captured or killed.

“Bastion” is a powerful second film Moverman, which could probably find an audience of more than Arthouse crowd, among the most demanding audience who like a good police dramas, and more than likely that the attention is going to happen, which is a Harrelson description of the police get dirty.

Movie Director: Jonathan Levine

Movie ScreenWriter: Will Reiser

Movie Starring: Joseph Gordon-Levitt , Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard, Anjelica Huston, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lauren Miller, Jessica Parker Kennedy, Philip Baker Hall, Will Reiser, Laura Bertram , Sugar Lyn Beard, Luisa D’Oliveira, Andrew Airlie, Sarah Smyth, Veena Sood, Serge Houde, Daniel Bacon, William ‘Big Sleeps’ Stewart

Movie Story: Seattle native Adam Lerner (Joseph Gordon Levitt) learns he has contracted a rare form of bone marrow cancer, but because he would not run, he turns to his girlfriend (Bryce Dallas Howard), Rachel, his best friend Kyle (Seth Rogen), her mother (Anjelica Huston) and a shockingly young therapist (Anna Kendrick), anyone who tries their best to make it through difficult times.

Movie Review: Jonathan Levine, the third film, his follow-up on the highly underrated “The Wackness” is based on a “blacklist” script by Will Reiser, formerly called “I am with cancer, “there was developed by the guys behind” Superbad, “Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. While this may make you think, to expect a lot of R-rated comedy Stoner – and there is something for sure – it’s more a seriocomic look on how to treat the symptoms of a debilitating disease without being crushed their lives.

Adam Lerner was having back problems and when having examined them, he learns he has contracted a rare form of bone marrow cancer. Since it does not roll, it must rely on those around him to make his salary – his girlfriend, the artist Rachel (Bryce Dallas Howard) is committed to helping you get through Adam, but it quickly becomes obvious that “there is work, while his best friend Kyle (Seth Rogen) has only two things in mind: sex and smoking marijuana, but it’s there for his best friend. Adam also required to take the therapy sessions with a therapist very little experience and movement, played by Anna Kendrick, and becomes friends with two former colleagues chemotherapy patients, played by Philip Baker Hall and Matt Freu. As his condition worsens, Adam discovers that Rachel has been cheating on him and with the help of Kyle, kicked to the curb, but things get worse as it becomes clear that Adam will have an operation that can not survive.

At first it feels like Gordon-Levitt is not too far from breaking the roles we’ve seen play before – go ahead and do it “(500) Days of Summer” joke – but as it gets more on his chemotherapy began to see different facets of nature that comes out of bitterness and anger of his situation. I just do not shave their heads, something we see Levitt do it for real in a very funny scene, but also completely changes your body language, which succumbs to the disease and passes through an incredible transformation.

Rogen is certainly there to add comic, and he did an excellent job to provide the type of R-rated laugh, as we have become accustomed, and it plays well in front of Gordon-Levitt. Of course, there are a lot of talk about pipes and tobacco pot, but there is also resentment that their conditions will not come until much later. Both of them are just really good on screen together, shaving scene is obvious, but also have fun with a scene where Kyle Adams plays winger while you try to use a cancer in time.

Decides otherwise, can not be anyone more perfect to play a single mother as Anjelica Huston, and when it appears only briefly in the film are all the keystrokes. The same can be said about the character of Kendrick, who is quickly becoming the kind of comedienne and “Annie Hall”-era Woody Allen would have loved. His scenes, Gordon-Levitt really the icing on the cake because they are very different from the chemistry he has with Rogen.

It’s not all laughs, though, and the film gets quite dark at times, but never so dark would be to completely turn off the audience in search of fun occasionally. All in all, is a wonderfully well-rounded view of how cancer affects the afflicted and those around them, as well as how to deal with some of the things that arise, and find a satisfactory way to end a lively film, without copping out simple.

Movie ScreenWriter: Sol Yurick, David Shaber, Walter Hill

Movie Starring: Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton, Nick Nolte, Jennifer Morrison, Kevin Dunn, Noah Emmerich, Bryan Callen, Denzel Whitaker, Frank Grillo, Erik Apple, Kurt Angle, Gavin O’Connor

Movie Story: Tommy Reardon and Brendan Conlon (Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton), are two of the fighters on the road to high-profile MMA tournament in Atlantic City come from very different experiences, but they have a very important thing in common … recovering alcoholic father, Paddy (Nick Nolte). Separated a year ago, this family is united in tense stand-off when you try to get without paying for the anger and regret in a world that is all combat.

Movie Review: After seeing so many sports movies over the years, they expect to be a cynic, what could be the only one of two possible conclusions – the hero wins or loses a hero. Probably the greatest strength of the film along with the world of sports mixed martial arts, and the final battle, that even if you can find out where he’s going, you’re never sure how it ends. “Warrior”, the director of “miracle”, the movie ends, most knew that going, but this is not the obstacle is the story. How “Rocky” and “Fighter” is not just the fighting and the characters find their way through the real world drama of an alcoholic father (played by Nick Nolte) tries to reconnect with his son away.

The first hour sets mainly things, introducing characters and create dramatic tension between them. The way things are arranged, you may not even realize the two main characters are related unless you have seen the marketing of the film, which thereby gave away. Wisely, O’Connor not to overload the first hour of exposure to explain how two guys got where they are – for example, how a fighter extreme become a science teacher? – But too important explained that the story goes along, while the rest is left to the viewer’s imagination to understand.

Brendan and Tommy are very different men different styles of combat, fighter Brendan calm and methodical when Tommy is all the rage, quarrelsome animal that rarely need to spend much time on his opponents. Both are great actors in their prime, Brendan Edgerton ‘beautiful as always the loser of a father, Tommy Hardy is a heartless and totally unforgiving of his father and brother, what happened between them. When they finally meet on the beach in Atlantic City, is the scene between Pacino and De Niro’s “Heat”, and gives you the same goose bumps.

Throughout the film, O’Connor, to find their way into this material without ever having to make it feel like a traditional film sport, including the compulsory fitting of training has made an incredibly original. All matches in MMA very well organized and well described. Sure, some may be ‘unrealistic to think that a physics teacher can then break down the undefeated Russian Kobe, played by WWE wrestler and Olympic Kurt Angle, but boy, you are going to root for him the entire match. This “Warrior”, refers to O’Connor, a former “miracle”, the film just as the warring brothers, remembers his last “Pride and Glory.” Film

Although the main objective is the theater, wisdom O’Connor will find ways to make things easier, be it Kevin Dunn as primary school or Brendan Drum of the ring indicator on the floor for games keep the game entertaining, while the MMA n ‘t your thing.

Similarly, the result is fantastic, subtle and tenuous, if necessary, and never goes overboard in the marshmallow. National Use of the movie starts and ends is not of genius, even if the Brooklyn group tends to be abused by the filmmakers.

Although there may not be as much action as some might expect, the movie always wins, even after receiving a couple of fights in quick succession, not to lose sight that in this family badly damaged, leading to the final, which offers an impact as unforgettable as “Rocky.”

Movie Director: Roger Allers, Rob Minkoff

Movie ScreenWriter: Irene Mecchi, Jonathan Roberts, Linda Woolverton

Movie Starring: Matthew Broderick , Jonathan Taylor Thomas, James Earl Jones, Jeremy Irons, Moira Kelly, Niketa Calame , whoopi Goldberg as Shenzi, Cheech Marin, Jim Cummings , Nathan Lane, Ernie Sabella, Rowan Atkinson, Robert Guillaume

Movie Story: A large number of animals in the Pride rock and accumulates in Africa, where the wise mandrill Rafiki shows Simba, the newborn son of a lion king and queen, Sarabi and Mufasa. Younger brother of Mufasa, Scar, is not satisfied with the birth of the heir, because he wants the throne for himself. As Simba grows, teach him to be king Mufasa. During the tour of the Pride Lands, Simba asks a shady place, Mufasa tells him that is beyond their borders, and that Simba must never go there. Teaching is a short period Zazu, Mufasa hornbill advisor informs him that the hyenas have come to the Pride Lands. Zazu, Mufasa tells Simba to take home, when you free of hyenas. Later that day, Scar tells Simba to that place of darkness is in fact an elephant graveyard. Has piqued the curiosity of Simba, and he convinces his best friend Nala, the female lion cub, to go with him. Sarabi Zazu sent to keep an eye on two puppies, but as soon as they leave behind.

Finally arrive at the elephant graveyard, where they come in three hyenas Shenzi, Banzai and Ed hyenas trying to kill puppies, but during the chase that followed, Mufasa comes to the rescue. Nala and Zazu Mufasa sent back to Pride Rock, Simba and impulses. Later, he teaches Simba the stars, saying that represent all the great kings of the past and will always be there to guide .

Movie Review: In this case, “original material” depends on how much you are willing to broaden the concept. “Lion King” is not based on a specific story, but it does owe a lot to different legends “Hamlet” and – depending on who you ask – the old animated series “White Lion”.

Believe it or not, “The Lion King” shakes free of its influence and reduce its own identity as a story skillfully made learning both a personal responsibility to others and the earth we live on.

Or at least cut as much an identity as she can. After several years of effort by Pixar to compare with some of the cracks in the Disney style of the 90s are much more obvious after the fact, and while “The Lion King” has not aged badly, he did not grow out it is weak. The latest film in production on employment Jeffrey Katzenberg with the company before leaving to start DreamWorks, many of the intelligent elements of charm and original Katzenberg had been rejuvenated since he led the division began with the animation to become clichés, they have become, and it is even more obvious in hindsight.

But what is lacking in true originality is offset by the genuine charm and boats. Views Serengeti making great hay for Disney animators and the “Lion King” is one of the most spectacular and epic all the Disney animations. This is even more evident after the 3D transformation that adds depth to the 3D movie, and is likely to increase, but that is often lacking. Animations, animated by hand to the islands, have an easier life with this as the first live action is, of course, because they are created by various layers of visual information. The result is a beautiful and well worth the extra expense to see in 3D.

Wildebeest stampede Especially the always spectacular created by the scar to try to reclaim the throne by the father and son together. Naturalism and the dynamism of the piece set consisting frighten children at the time and still is. Distinguished by experience, Simba leaves the pride and head into exile, where he meets a strange meerkat (Nathan Lane) / wild boar (Ernie Sabella) and Duo tries to leave his past behind.

This is helped by some of the finest songs from the Disney movie of time, despite being the first animated production of the time was without the help of lyricist Howard Ashman, who died during production of “Aladdin,” a years earlier. Ashman was an essential part of the “Disney Renaissance” and while “The Lion King” is not reached the level of charm for the team of Ashman-Menken fact, proved that even without a job Ashman quality could still be expected. Hans Zimmer’s score, then a composer and a place to come with less than great films under his belt, also released a lot of bases Zimmer continue for the rest of his career.

And it’s very well-acted voice casting perfect, most of its parts. Although Timon Lane was a lot of notice from the first version, to the point where he’s moved on to Broadway, film and TV star, is Scar iron that is actually the best part of the film. It moves quickly and easily at the camp and kill as a showcase for how over-the-top bad, right. Most of the other small parties are almost as good, Rowan Atkinson, as the bird is too intrusive, Robert Guillaume as the mystical baboon. Part of the comedy does not age well, especially in the silly hyena minions of Scar (voiced by Whoopi Goldberg and Cheech Marin), but that does not work anymore.

In fact, the price of Disney animation in general, he is the hero who is the weak link in both soft and lightweight design is achieved Kid (Thomas) or adult (Matthew Broderick) version.

Movie Director: Troy Nixey

Movie ScreenWriter: Guillermo del Toro

Movie Starring: Katie Holmes , Bailee Madison, Guy Pearce, Jack Thompson, Julia Blake, Alan Dale, Nicholas Bell

Movie Story: Young Sally Hirst (Bailee Madison) is about to face the worst of getting caught in the middle of the tracks running in divorce, and unfortunately for her, she is forced to move his father (Guy Pearce) and his partner / girlfriend (Katie Holmes). It’s because, Rhode Island home, he moves in history, full of children disappear and strange creatures that live in the dark. Thirsty creatures with teeth for smaller …

Movie Review: He and writer Matthew Robbins (“Mimic”) have tried to build a character driven suspense romp, play Sally to the interaction between real-world problems and the gradual encroachment of the “other” in his life. Del Toro obviously has some experience with this sort of thing, so he should know how to operate it.

And the filmmakers are commendably partially successful. The first director Troy Nixey has built a nice atmosphere to the film production designer, Roger Ford, essentially turning a film into a whole world. And the sign of the work at times is refreshing and original.

While Sally is understandably cool to the first meeting, Kim, saw that he was forced to alternate his mother, the Taurus and Robbins, Kim has to avoid falling into the old cliches about cruel stepmother, to create an intriguing three-way relationship with Sally, Kim and his father created by Alex. When Sally is bolted to the grid in the basement is to restore his father’s estate, can not help but open it – not much else to do, after all. And as he tries desperately to tell her father had accidentally left … something … out, it’s just Kim, who believes in him.

For all its pedigree and good ideas, although “Do not be afraid of the dark” can not act together to take advantage of its positive points. The adventure aspect is not sufficiently well designed to make a fantasy to engage and excitement is not scary enough to be really exciting. The result is a film that is slow to build, despite a short time the race, with its very slow to hide the fact that it is ultimately nowhere.

The creatures were first played as troublemakers naughty, trying to keep Sally in learning what their real purpose is that it is too late. Unfortunately, while dedicated to the long turnaround times in the plot is that it is hard work that the filmmakers expect to be fatal. Worse, for the excellent work of Kim and Sally, Alex’s father figure is what mismanagement is hard to believe that the same people who wrote the two characters. He is so focused on his recovery to get his colleagues announced that architects can not hear, no matter how Kim and Sally insist that something is wrong.

All this would probably be viable only if the end was not great. Reckless, unnecessary and sub-explained, the filmmakers so focused on producing a fantastic piece of suspense tight, they managed not to produce more.

“Do not be afraid of the dark” would be a better film than it is, and in many ways, it seems that if she won. But this is a Dodge. Failed to run with all the best parts of the film to come together. It is a perfect example of the film’s most disheartening failures, a good work of craftsmen who have a good definitely does not work. You will not be afraid of “Do not be afraid of darkness “, you will be too busy pitying it.

Movie ScreenWriter: John August

Movie Starring: Zoe Saldana, Cliff Curtis, Jordi Mollà, Lennie James, Michael Vartan, Callum Blue, Max Martini
Don Luis, Sam Douglas, Amandla Stenberg

Movie Story: the family of a young girl was killed, full of anger and determination, he moved to avenge all those who have wronged, regardless of cost. The girl who was injured on this occasion is Cataleya (Zoe Saldana), the daughter of a Colombian drug lord. When he and the rest of his family are murdered by their partners (Beto Benites), escapes to America and raised in the care of his uncle (Cliff Curtis), with one goal in mind – to become a professional murderer and Use skills to seek her revenge. When Besson was doing these things himself, he managed to overcome some limitations of the genre by focusing as much on his fallen angel, the protagonist’s life as action-adventure piece that really makes an effort to show how the violence of others affected. As he rose to a manufacturer in the factory, such as films associated with it are pale imitations of the original that take origin. He was replaced by thin, meaningless “character” moments that are supposed to make us sympathize with the characters and have an interest in the action, but instead things just slow down and make us wonder what the point was summer.

Movie Review: In “Colombiana”, which takes the form of Cataleya paramour Danny (Michael Vartan), an artist whose apartment she just jumps from time to time and refuses to say anything about himself. The ineffectiveness of Danny is compounded by the fact that his screen time is time away from Uncle Emilio (Curtis), with whom Cataleya have a much more developed conditions.

None of this really matters much. The point of “Colombian” is to look Saldaña fight and kill multiple opponents through an unfortunate mixture of cunning and violence high. The movie could have been called “Girls with guns” and that would have been more accurate.

And if that’s all you’re looking for, “Colombian” style book. Director Olivier Megaton (“Transporter 3″) has obtained some of the drops that stood in his way, and gave the action scenes, like any other political mentor came up. In particular, the planned assassination Cataleya and how they run almost worth the price of admission.

Cataleya was completing his quest for revenge for the work as a murderer for hire – apparently only against targets that really deserve it, never the innocent – leaving behind a single orchid, Cataleya was named because, as your card presentation in order to emphasize their ultimate goal. Not very smart, and at least “Colombiana” and acknowledges that he spends most of the second half on the corner of the exposure of his anger was in his painting.

Saldana itself is perfectly cast in the tender moments Cataleya easily believable and as a murderer. And Curtis is excellent as Emilio, it is considered the soul of the film and it is more than up to the task. The rest of the cast, whether or Vartan FBI agent (Lennie James) after Cataleya are traces of dead might as well be interchangeable.

Movie Director: Craig Gillespie

Movie ScreenWriter: Marti Noxon

Movie Starring: Anton Yelchin, Colin Farrell, Toni Collette, David Tennant, Imogen Poots, Christopher, Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, Reid Ewing, Will Denton, Sandra Vergara

Movie Review: Charley Brewster (Anton Yelchin) has a problem. The handsome guy (Colin Farrell) who just moved in next door has a thing for her divorced mother (Toni Collette). And for his girlfriend (Imogen Poots). And for the go-go on the street (Sandra Vergara). What would be bad enough, but it is the thing for them is Jerry got a taste of his blood, because it is actually a vampire 400 years and just found the only place where a homeless man who sleeps all day and every night of stay will not be considered unusual: Las Vegas.

Craig Gillespie (“Lars and the Real Girl”) is difficult to maintain the alienation of success in a field, humor and adolescents compared to the original version will remain operational ramp-up of the same bets, winnings, and the interaction between the characters. An intelligent script by veteran vampire Marti Noxon (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”) to decide quickly and correctly, ditch the slow build to the right of the original vampires, and, above all, people do with the fact that vampires really exist.

This does not mean you have to get through the first act and an irregular performance of great truck, which is Charley’s best friend Ed (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) tries to warn him about Jerry nocturnal activities. But do not let that give you, it’s worth it to get the rest of the film, where the Hi-Jinx gets really work. Gillespie has done a lot of time and ideas on how to use its budget for Vampire introduces Jerry is the best result of the average number of situations, nothing special is always the beginning of the second act is the successful attack on the Brewster household, chase that ends in the desert. It’s not really scary, but it hits all the right mix of old notes will never know. Even overdose effects and 3D CGI blood can not really dampen the quality.

I must say that the movie was well cast. Farrell has a good mix of charisma and a threat to represent a modern vampire, if for once, it retains much of its natural trend display for silent chewing stalking his prey. This is an interesting and successful in a genre where the vampire is almost always the biggest ham in the room, using his giant teeth as an excuse to bite in every part of it. The choice of Farrell to work against Jeremy maintains along great, but probably also because no one will be David Tennant Ham.

Taking the role of Vincent Price’s original false Roddy McDowall, Peter Vincent Tennant received the greatest makeover of any part of the original. Re-imagined as a kind of magician Criss Angel Stadium, but with a huge ego and narcissistic tendencies of a rock star, Vincent Tennant steals all the scenes in Tennant, who seems to be channeling Russell Brand is really the reason to see the film, getting over the horror film decent hang-out place.

As a teen-oriented horror movie there is some background on the way how people and adolescents in particular emphasis too much on external perceptions to the detriment of their relationships. Charley, in particular, has turned its back on Ed to be “cool” and as a result is more than a little late to the party of vampires. Given the way the vampires are naturally shallow – which is part of its appeal, after all – natural metaphors that are perfect for this, but “Fright Night” never manages to put these two things, or show a interest in a largely out of the reaction to Rampage Jerry. That is very shallow, but it does not hurt “Fright Night” as well.

You can count on one hand the number of remakes that are better than the original, and even fewer that are truly great in their own right. “Fright Night” did not hit any of these heights, but at least match the original, taking his one-time fee to themselves. The numbers are generally not encouraging when it comes to remakes, so for a film to reach that level at all is more than enough reason to claim victory and leave the area.
