You may remember the video of Justin Bieber Fans go hysterical when they found her Sept. 30 concert in Mexico was sold out.
The Bieb certainly has not forgotten, and is now on a mission to locate a young female fan in the sequence that seemed to be particularly difficult disappointment.
The singer has just released the video last month in a stand of Monterrey, Mexico ticket, and tweeted, “all need help. We have less than 24 hours. We must find this girl .. She is 30 seconds the brand. HELP! thank you. ”
Bieber was clearly moved by his emotional reaction, and wants to make sure she gets her looks.
